Right from breaking down market trends, socialising with engineering students, industry, understanding demand supply chain, he had a knack to take up the road less travelled. He contemplated on the persisting challenging scenario and his determination to bridge the gap between academia and industry world resulted in Autobot India.

Mr. Venkatraman Venkitachalam is a management professional with engineering background having more than two decades of cross functional experience in diverse industries like Volvo Eicher, Bosch Rexroth, CVC technologies etc. He is the head of business strategy and technology development at Autobot India. He is a an excellent communicator with an entrepreneurial bent of mind & a consultative sales style, with the credit of success on market identification, positioning, branding and revenue building.He has splendid techno-commercial knowledge and currently, he heads Strategy and Technology in ABI.

Dr. Rushen Chahal is the founder of Hriman Motors LLP, India's first electric Two seater car manufacturer. An alumni of University of Exeter (MBA ), Doctorate from UPANA Spain. Hard to be ignored is his learning associations with MIT and Wharton for leadership and entrepreneurial and business skills. He is known for launching India’s first serious 2 seater electric car. He is an inventor, with 21 years of experience in the field of Digital Business, Product, Transformation, Innovation and Content Management. He has filed 99 patents in the IT sector already. He has an experience in the electrical, motor and controller engineering field of study. He has Presented papers on battery & electric technology for future electric ships in-wheel AFM technology.
